Shipping:

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

What is your holiday shipping schedule? 

We do not ship on the following US federal holidays:

  • May 28, 2018 (Memorial Day)
  • July 4, 2018 (Independence Day)

Does Mod Provisions ship to countries other than the United States? 

We ship to most countries using a variety of shipping methods. International shipping rates vary by country.

What payment methods does Mod Provisions accept? 

We accept Shopify Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPal as well as all major credit cards.

What about fees/taxes for Texas residents?

We are required by law to collect 8.25% sales tax from all Texas residents.

What about fees, taxes, and/or duties for international orders?

International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery. Orders refused at the point of delivery will incur return shipping charges as well as a restocking fee equivalent to the duties and taxes levied upon the original shipment.

We are required by law to list directly on the package the full retail value of items ordered and contained therein. We cannot mark any package as a gift to avoid customs and duties fees. On rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of, open, and/or examine the contents of packages at their discretion. For more information on customs fees and procedures, please contact your local customs office.

RETURNS:

Mod Provisions will accept returns and/or exchanges on full price clothing in its original unworn and unwashed state within 14 days of your order being received. Gift cards, undergarments, books, beauty, furniture, lamps, household items and items intended for consumption will not be eligible for return. Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed in the event of a return or an exchangeSale items are not eligible for return. All returns are subject to a 40% restocking fee. Items purchased with a promotional code of 25% or more will not be eligible for return but store credit or exchange within the 14 day eligibility window. In the event that damaged or faulty goods are received, Mod Provisions will assume full responsibility in refunding or exchanging the items. Shoes may be returned or exchanged for a full refund if they are returned unworn with the original undamaged box. Shoes with scuffed soles will not be eligible for return. Furniture is not eligible for return due to the size of the items. When mailing a return or exchange, we kindly ask that you forward a tracking number to our email and include your original invoice.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

International returns will not be accepted due to the unpredictable nature of shipping through customs. 

PROCESSING TIME:

Please allow us 3-5 business days to process your return. You will be sent a notification via email when the return is processed. The funds from the return will be issued in the same form of payment and will take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
