Payments and Safety

Is my payment data safe with you? 

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Shipping and Delivery

Domestic shipping can take up to 5 business days after your order is process and fulfilled.

How much does it cost?

Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.

Is there free shipping?

No, we offer shipping for a flat rate for most products/orders. Check the cart to see the current shipping rates.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Do you accept returns?

Our return and exchange policy for online orders lasts for 5 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please include the packing slip when returning the item. We kindly ask that you refrain from sending the purchase back to the manufacturer.

**Note that items purchased during promotional sales are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@modprovisions.com.

Do you accept returns?

Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your order delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require the packing slip.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@modprovisions.com.

Sale Items

Sale items cannot be refunded and are final sale. ***Note that items purchased during promotional sales are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

European Union 14 day cooling-off period


Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
